Peckly(이하 "회사" 또는 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 Peckly 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집·이용·보관하는지 설명합니다.

건강 데이터(Health Connect로 읽어온 걸음수·운동·수면 정보)는 광고 개인화 목적으로 사용하거나 제3자에게 판매하지 않으며, 서비스 제공 목적으로만 이용합니다.

회사는 법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 위 목적 외로 제공하지 않습니다.
이용자가 회원 탈퇴 또는 설정 > 전체 데이터 삭제를 실행하면 관련 개인정보는 지체 없이 삭제됩니다(법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우 제외). 서비스 운영을 위해 이용자의 정보는 대한민국 외의 국가(예: 미국, 일본 등 Google/Firebase 인프라 소재지)로 이전되어 처리될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 앱 내 설정 화면에서 언제든지 본인의 기록을 열람·수정·삭제할 수 있으며, 회원 탈퇴를 통해 계정 및 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 그 외 문의사항은 위 이메일로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만임을 인지한 경우 관련 정보를 삭제합니다.
본 방침은 법령, 서비스 변경사항을 반영하여 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.
서비스를 제공하는 국가의 현지 법령에 따라 아래 권리가 추가로 적용됩니다. 권리 행사는 위 이메일로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
Peckly ("we", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the Peckly app collects, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared.

Health data read from Health Connect (steps, exercise, sleep) is never used for ad personalization or sold to third parties, and is used solely to operate the app's tracking features.

We do not share personal data beyond the purposes above without your consent, except where required by law.
When you delete your account or use Settings > Delete All Data, the associated personal data is deleted without undue delay (except where retention is legally required). Because our infrastructure providers (Google/Firebase and related processors) operate internationally, your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and Japan.
You can view, edit, or delete your own logs at any time from within the app, and can request deletion of your account and associated data by using the account-deletion option in Settings. For any other request, contact us at the email address above. If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) which can be exercised via the same contact.
Peckly is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law). If we learn we have collected data from a child under that age, we will delete it.
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
